 About Laura ZabickiLaura has always liked baking and decorating cakes. Her desire to become a professional cake decorator led her to obtain a degree in Food Systems Management from Eastern Michigan University. After graduation, she held positions in Michigan, Northern Virginia, and San Diego. Laura's specialty is custom cakes (wedding, birthday, graduation, anniversary, baby showers) in addition to supplying other restaurants in the area with cakes and desserts. One of her creations, a fondant-covered wedding cake adorned with handmade edible roses, was featured in the Spring 2001 issue of the nationally-circulated Elegant Bride magazine.
